Fish, My God!

Concept work for a species called Domed Seadevils (caulophyrne vitreoceps). Animal Anatomy was a great class.

 

Cut for a lot of images, but nothing scandalous.

 They're anglers from the Caulophyrne family, same as Fanfin Seadevils and Hairy Anglers. The males are big dumb blind things that wander around the abyssal zone until a female finds them, burrows into their head, and starts driving them around like a horrible giant eating machine.
